|Hamburger buns||2 , split and toasted|
|Grated american cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Melt butter in saucepan.
Add onion; cook for 1 minute.
Slowly blend in flour.
Gradually add milk; cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Add Worcestershire sauce, mustard, pepper, and shrimp.
Toast hamburger buns in toaster oven; spoon mixture on buns.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Place in toaster oven; top brown until bubbly.
