|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Raw shrimp||2 Pound, cleaned|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Dill weed||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
Heat oil and butter in large skillet; add shrimp.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and dill weed.
Fry until shrimp turn pink.
Pour lemon juice over shrimp; cover skillet and steam for 4 to 5 minutes.
May be served hot or cold.
