Shrimp Tex Mex Style

Ingredients
  Canned stewed tomatoes 16 Ounce
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Medium shrimp 1 Pound, cleaned and deveined
Directions

Combine tomatoes and cornstarch in 2-quart microproof casserole.
Stir until corn-starch is blended.
Add onions, garlic, pars-ley, chili powder, and cayenne.
Cover with casserole lid and cook on HI, 6 to 7 minutes, or until mixture boils.
Set aside.
Place shrimp in 1-quart casserole.
Cover with casserole lid and cook on HI, 3 minutes.
Drain and stir into tomato mixture.
Cover and cook on HI, 1 to 2 minutes, or until hot.
