Rice-Bed Shrimp

Ingredients
  Hot cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Canned shrimp 9 Ounce
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Blue cheese 3 Ounce, crumbled
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Spoon rice into 4 (11/2 C capacity) ramekins.
Arrange shrimp on rice.
Combine sour cream, cheese and Worcestershire sauce; spoon over shrimp.
Cover and bake 15 minutes at 350° F.
