|Cabbage||2 Ounce, thinly sliced|
|Cucumbers||8 Ounce, peeled|
|Horseradish||2 Teaspoon, cut into 1/4-inch cubes|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Dip cabbage quickly into boiling water; let dry.
Peel and slice cucumbers.
Boil the shrimp in salted water for about 5 minutes.
Serve the cabbage, cucumber, and shrimp in small bowls.
The shrimp is dipped into a sauce made from the horseradish and soy sauce.
