Golden Shrimp

Ingredients
  Shrimp 12 Large
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Rice wine/Sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Ginger To Taste
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Rinse shrimp.
Mix together soy sauce, rice wine or sherry, and ginger.
Marinate shrimp in the marinade for 30 minutes.
Drain well.
Sprinkle shrimp with cornstarch; set aside for 3 minutes.
Heat oil in deep fryer or frying pan; fry shrimp.
The shrimp may be left whole for a main course or cut into approximately 3 pieces each for an appetizer.
Makes 4 servings as an appetizer or 2 servings as a main dish.
