  Shrimps 12 Large
  Scallion 1 , cut 1 inch long
  Sliced shitake mushroom 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Minced garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper red 1 Tablespoon, sliced diagonally
  Crushed black pepper 1 Tablespoon, crushed lightly
  Fish sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Oyster sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions for preparation:

• Cook shrimp and shitake mushrooms in boiling water. Drain it and set aside in a bowl.
• Heat olive oil in a hot pan.
• Fry the garlic until it starts to give off its aroma.
• After that, add mushroom, red pepper and shrimp then put fish sauce, soy sauce.
• Pour some water if it gets too dry. Mix it together.
• Add the scallion, black pepper, oyster sauce and some sugar.
• Mix everything together.
• Serve.
