Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Pound (or margarine)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), cut in half
  Jumbo shrimp 48 , peeled and cleaned
  Parsley 3 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Melt butter in skillet and heat garlic halves 2 minutes.
Remove garlic.
Add shrimp to butter and saute for 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
Remove to a hot platter or chafing dish.
Add parsley and sherry to the butter in the skillet, stir until hot, about 30 seconds.
Pour the sauce over the shrimp and watch them disappear.
