Ingredients
  Shrimp 500 Gram
  Water 125 Milliliter
  Button mushrooms 125 Milliliter
  Tomatoes 2 Medium
  Peppercorns 6
  French shallots/6 green onions 2
  White wine/White vermouth 125 Milliliter
  Bay leaf 1
  Thyme 1 Milliliter
  Basil 5 Milliliter
  Butter 30 Milliliter
  Flour 30 Milliliter
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Tomato paste 5 Milliliter
  Water/Fish fumet or clam juice 125 Milliliter
Directions

First, prepare the sauce.
Place the shallots or green onions, white wine or vermouth, bay leaf, thyme and basil in a microwave-safe dish.
Microwave, uncovered, 3 minutes at HIGH.
Mix together the butter and flour.
Add to the wine sauce, stir well.
Microwave 2 to 3 minutes at HIGH, stirring once.
Add the garlic, tomato paste and the liquid of your choice.
Stir well and microwave 4 minutes at MEDIUM-HIGH, stirring once.
