|Shredded lettuce||6 Tablespoon|
|Cooked shrimp||36 Large|
|Cocktail sauce||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Put a little shredded lettuce in each of 6 cocktail cups or sherbet glasses and top with 6 shrimp.
Spoon about 2 tbsp. cocktail sauce over each.
Garnish with sprigs of parsley and a lemon wedge.
