Barbecued Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
|Shelled shrimp||8 Ounce (fresh or frozen)|
|Salad oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sauterne||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), crushed|
|Ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Thaw frozen shrimp.
Combine with remaining ingredients; let stand 30 minutes.
Drain shrimp; thread on skewers.
Broil about 4 to 5 inches from heat for 4 minutes; baste occasionally with marinade.
Turn and broil till shrimp are cooked, 2 to 4 minutes.
