Ingredients
  Raw shrimp 2 Pound, large
  Sherry 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Soya sauce 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Teaspoon
Directions

Slip shrimp on small skewers.
Combine remaining ingredients and brush over shrimp.
Cook over hot charcoal fire, brushing constantly with sauce until shrimp are tender, about 10 minutes.
