Shrimp Au Vin

Ingredients
  Frozen shelled shrimp/Fresh shelled shrimp 1 1⁄2 Pound
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry white wine 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chopped green onion 14 Cup (224 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 6 Tablespoon
  Patty shells 8
  American cheese 2 Ounce, sharp processed, 1/2 cup
Directions

Thaw frozen shrimp.
Chop coarsely.
In saucepan melt 3 tablespoons butter; stir in flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and cayenne.
Add milk; cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Slowly stir in wine.
In skillet cook shrimp and onion in 6 tablespoons butter till shrimp are pink, 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in sauce; heat through.
Spoon into patty shells; top with cheese.
