Sweet-Sour Shrimp

Ingredients
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pineapple juice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Frozen chinese pea pods 7 Ounce
  Shrimp 9 Ounce, drained
  Hot cooked rice 5 Cup (80 tbs)
Directions

In saucepan blend cornstarch and sugar; stir in chicken broth.
Add pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce, and butter.
Cook and stir till mixture comes to boiling; cover and simmer 5 minutes longer.
Add pea pods and shrimp; heat through.
Serve on hot rice.
