|Large shrimp||1 Pound|
|Snow peas||1⁄4 Pound|
Bring water to a boil; add shrimp, and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain well; rinse with cold water.
Peel and devein shrimp; set aside.
Arrange snow peas in a steaming rack, and place over boiling water; cover and steam about 1 minute.
Remove snow peas, and chill.
Separate snow peas lengthwise into 2 pieces.
Wrap a snow pea half around each shrimp, and secure with wooden pick.
