|Frozen shrimp||1 Pound|
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced sauteed mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Deviled ham||3 Ounce|
|Minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Savory fritter batter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Gash shrimp lengthwise, and fill each cavity with stuffing made by combining next 7 ingredients.
Dip in Savory Fritter Batter seasoned with a dash of cayenne, and deep-fry.
Serve hot on cocktail picks with Red Devil Sauce.
Makes about 2 dozen.
