Damn 'HOT' Shrimp Cocktail

Ingredients
  Water 750 Milliliter
  Onion 1⁄4 Large
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm)
  Lemon 1 , wedged
  Cardamom 5
  Pepper corn 1 Tablespoon
  Hot sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Shrimp 1 Pound, cleaned and devined
For sauce
  Ketchup 250 Milliliter
  Horseradish 30 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 30 Milliliter
  Garlic clove 1 Large
  Tomatoes 1 Small
  Scotch bonnet chiles 2
  Chili pepper 1
  Hot sauce 15 Milliliter
  Oyster sauce 15 Milliliter
  Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger powder 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon, ground
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander seed 1 Tablespoon
For garnish
  Lettuce leaf 1
  Lemon wedges 1
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a blending jar take all the ingredients for making paste, grind to a fine paste.
2. Keep the paste in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.

MAKING
3. In sauce pan boil water, add in onion, garlic, lemon, cardamom, pepper corn and hot sauce. Simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Add in the shrimp and poach for 4 minutes. Take out the shrimp and place in the ice water for 2 minutes.

SERVING
5. In a martini glass place the lettuce followed by shrimp, sauce, and again shrimp. Garnish with lemon wedge and parsley, serve.
