I had the opportunity to use these products from aFire. They are a company who sells seasoned rubs, grilling planks, and coconut charcoal. I wasn’t able to try the coconut charcoal, but the Seafood Rub tasted real nice on the shrimp. My favorite part was grilling the shrimp on the Cedar Wood Plank. The flavor from the cedar really came through on the shrimp. Yum Yum!
  Shrimps 14 Large
  Lime juice/Lemon juice To Taste
  Seafood rub 1⁄2 Tablespoon (from A fire)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon

1. Add the olive oil to the shrimps and season with seafood rub. Mix to coat well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Take a cedar wood plank and soak it in water in a plastic bag, for 1 hour.

3. Lay the shrimps on the plank and put it in the grill for 15 minutes.
4. Squeeze some lime or lemon juice in the last 3 minutes of grilling.

5. Serve hot and enjoy!
