Easy Battered Shrimp

Ingredients
  Shrimp 14
  Mixed greens 2 Ounce
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Lemon 1
Directions

MAKING
1) Heat pan to medium heat and add the olive oil.
2) Batter shrimp with breadcrumbs and salt and pepper.
3) Cook until shrimp starts to turn pink on both sides.
4) Mix greens and vinegar in a bowl.

SERVING
5) Garnish with a lemon wedge. Serve and enjoy!
