Shrimp-Pineapple Outrigger

Ingredients
  Shrimp 1 Pound
  Seafood seasoning 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pineapple 1
  French dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

"Combine shrimp, seasoning, salt, vinegar and 4 cups water; mix well.
Place in saucepan; bring to a boil.
Simmer, covered, for about 5 minutes or until pink.
Drain; remove shells.
Devein.
Cool.
Cut pineapple, including crown, in half.
Remove fruit, leaving shell about 1/4 inch thick.
Remove core.
Dice pineapple; mix with shrimp.
Marinate with enough French dressing to coat.
Spoon shrimp mixture into pineapple shell.
Garnish with fresh flowers."
