|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cooked chopped spinach||3 Tablespoon|
|Bacon slices||3 1⁄2|
|Muenster cheese square||3|
"Butterfly shrimp; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roll in cracker crumbs.
Fry until brown in skillet in hot oil, 1 inch deep.
Place shrimp on foil-lined cookie sheet.
Top each shrimp with 1 tablespoon chopped spinach, 1/2 slice bacon and 1 square of cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 5 minutes.
