Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 30 Milliliter
  Garlic 2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Roasted chili paste 1 Tablespoon (Thai Kitchen)
  Fish sauce 3 Tablespoon (Thai Kitchen)
  Red bell pepper 1⁄2 , cut into 0.25 strips
  Snow peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Large shrimps 3⁄4 Pound (Shelled And Deveined)
Directions

In a wok, HEAT the oil in high heat.
STIR FRY garlic and onion for 30 seconds. Add the brown sugar, roasted red chili paste and fish sauce; continue stir-frying for 2-3 minutes, until onion starts to wilt and soften. Add peppers and peas and cook for about 3 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink-orange in color, about 1-2 minutes.
