Seasoned And Marinated Shrimp

Ingredients
  Shrimp 1 Pound, cooked and peeled
  Olive oil/Canola oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped dill 2 Tablespoon (Fresh)
  Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon pepper seasoning 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 1
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a shallow dish, place the shrimps
2) Into a small bowl, add the oil, lemon juice, dill, vinegar, lemon pepper, seasoning, salt and mustard until blended
3) Pour the dressing over the shrimp
4) Cling wrap the bowl and place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours

SERVING
5) Onto a serving platter, layer a bed of ice and arrange the lettuce leaves, add in the shrimps with toothpicks
