Ray Kidd's Boiled Shrimp

Ingredients
  Water 5 Quart
  Medium shrimp 5 Pound, unpeeled
  Ground red pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Powdered seafood boil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Creole seasoning 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1 , halved
  Celery stalk 3 , 3 inch pieces
  Salt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ice cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a large Dutch oven, bring water to a boil.
2 Add in the next 7 ingredients.
3 Return to a boil.
4 Remove from heat, and blend in salt.
5 Add ice cubes, just enough to stop the cooking process.
6 Allow to stand for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
7 Drain well.

SERVING
8 Serve immediately.
