Shrimp Remoulade

Ingredients
  Cooked shrimp 1 1⁄2 Pound (hot)
  Cooking oil 4 Tablespoon (any)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  White pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Snipped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Horseradish 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery heart 1 , minced
  Tarragon vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Brown mustard 4 Tablespoon
  Green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), snipped
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl combine all ingredients and whip with a fork or whisk until well blended.
2. Pour over hot shrimp which is hot enough to absorb the flavor of the marinade.

SERVING
3. Serve chilled in individual seafood shells or on a serving dish.
