Shrimp And Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients
  Fresh shrimp/Frozen medium shrimp- 3/4 pound, defrosted 1 Pound, shelled and deveined
  Butter 6 Tablespoon
  Corn starch 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Tabasco sauce 1 Tablespoon (very small amount)
  Dry sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned artichoke hearts/Frozen artichoke hearts- 1 pkg, cooked 14 Ounce (1 can)
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated
  Paprika To Taste
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), to serve
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
2. Prepare shrimp
MAKING
3. Melt 4 tablespoons butter in saucepan and blend in cornstarch
4. Add milk and boil for a minute
5. Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and sherry
8. Drain artichokes, cut in half
9. Arrange in shallow, greased casserole, Scatter shrimp over artichokes
10. Melt remaining butter, add mushrooms and saute and add to the shrimp
11. Pour white sauce over all and sprinkle with cheese and paprika
12. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes

SERVING
13. Serve over rice
