Shrimp-Filled Pannequets

I am still amazed with the fact, how could this Shrimp Filled Pannequets taste so great. Use my favorite recipe to try this Shrimp Filled Pannequets at home!
Ingredients
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Shrimp 1⁄2 Pound, cooked, shelled
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 6
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, finley minced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat fat and brown onion in it.
Chop the shrimp and add to onion.
Cook, stirring, for five minutes.
Add seasonings, eggs and parsley.
Cook slowly, stirring until eggs are thick- ened but still moist.
Place a heaping tablespoon of filling at the edge of each pancake.
Roll up jelly roll fashion.
Serve on a warm platter or in a chafing dish.
Makes 12 filled pannequets
