|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Shrimp||1⁄2 Pound, cooked, shelled|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, finley minced|
Heat fat and brown onion in it.
Chop the shrimp and add to onion.
Cook, stirring, for five minutes.
Add seasonings, eggs and parsley.
Cook slowly, stirring until eggs are thick- ened but still moist.
Place a heaping tablespoon of filling at the edge of each pancake.
Roll up jelly roll fashion.
Serve on a warm platter or in a chafing dish.
