Fresh Vegetables and Shrimp en Brochette

Ingredients
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 2 Medium
  Green peppers 2 Medium
  Onions 2 Medium
  Fresh mushrooms 12
  Shrimp 24
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan add oil, wine, salt, pepper, and parsley.
2) Add in the vegetables and shrimp.
3) Keep aside for several hours.
4) Skewer the shrimps, alternating with vegetables.
5) Place over hot coals and broil till well browned. Occasionally turn and baste with the marinade.

SERVING
6) Serve with a hot sauce at the side.
