Shrimp Si Si
|Bottled barbecue sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh shrimp||1 Pound, peeled and cleaned|
1) Preheat the broiler or grill.
2) In a bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice together.
3) Marinate the shrimp in the mixture and place in the refrigerator, until required.
4) Grill the shrimp and heat the marinade.
5) Serve the Shrimp Si Si with a bowl of heated marinade to dip.
