Curried Shrimps In Pineapples

Ingredients
  Shrimps 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked, cleaned
  Fresh pineapples 2 Small
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, chopped
  Thick white sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), grated
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Cut the shrimps into halves.
2 Cut the pineapple into halves and using a sharp knife, scoop out the meat.
3 Cut the pineapple meat into cubes.

MAKING
4 In a bowl mix together pineapple cubes and shrimps.
5 In a pan, melt butter and sute mushrooms in it for about 10 minutes.
6 Add in the shrimps and pineapple cubes and let cook for aother 5 minutes.
7 Stir in the thick white sauce and curry powder.
8 Sprinkle salt and pepper for seasoning.
9 Fill the pinapple shells with the hot mixture.
10 Sprinkle some dry bread crumbs and cheese on top.
11 Cover the pineapple leaves with silver foil to avoid burning and place the pinepple halves under broiler.
12 Broil until the top is brown.

SERVING
13 Serve with rice and chutney.
