Shrimp Appetizer

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ketchup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Shrimps 1 Pound, cooked, shelled
Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, lemon juice, and salt to taste.
2 You can use chives, curry powder, dill, or garlic for seasoning as per taste.
3 For variation, diced ripe avocado or minced celery or green pepper can be added to the shrimps.

SERVING
4 On a large platter serve the shrimps with sauce in the center.
5 Or can be served individually, in lettuce-lined dishes or in cocktail glasses, or heap on halved unpeeled ripe avocados.
