Classic Island Shrimp

Ingredients
  Raw shelled deveined shrimp 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Lime juice/Lemon juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Split the shrimp in half lengthwise, wash and dry.

MAKING
2) In a bowl, put together shrimps, lime juice and onions.
3) Marinate for at least 4 hours. Saute for few minutes.

SERVING
4) Season with salt and pepper before serving. Serve over rice.
