Classic Island Shrimp
|Raw shelled deveined shrimp||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Lime juice/Lemon juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) Split the shrimp in half lengthwise, wash and dry.
2) In a bowl, put together shrimps, lime juice and onions.
3) Marinate for at least 4 hours. Saute for few minutes.
4) Season with salt and pepper before serving. Serve over rice.
