Batter Fried Shrimp

Ingredients
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Beer 1⁄2 Can (5 oz)
  Egg whites 2
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper red To Taste
  Shortening/Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, combine flour, eggs and beer and mix well till the right consistency is achieved; allow it to set for a couple of hours
2. When ready to use, fold in two beaten egg whites into the batter; dip dry and seasoned shrimp into it and deep fry it in shortening oil

SERVING
3. Serve as appropriate
