Ingredients
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Bell peppers 2 , chopped
  Garlic pods 4 , pressed
  Parsley 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Oleo 1⁄2 Pound
  Raw shrimp 1 Pound, chopped
  French bread loaf 1⁄2 , squeezed in water (Stale)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Crabmeat 1 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Raw shrimp 36 Large
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (To Dredge)
  Egg 2 , mixed with 1 cup milk
  Eggs 2 , mixed with 1 cup milk
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs), mixed with 2 eggs
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs), mixed with eggs
  Deep fat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a skillet, heat oleo and saute onions, bell pepper, celery, garlic and parsley in it; stir in chopped shrimp to it and allow to cook for ten minutes
2. Add wet bread and eggs into it and cook for another five minutes, stirring all the while; add crabmeat and seasonings as well
3. Peel the large whole shrimp up to the tails and split it open half the way; pile the insides with the stuffing and freeze it till it is hard
4. Dredge the shrimp in flour, dip in a mixture of egg and water and dredge in flour again; deep fry it till golden brown

SERVING
5. Serve as required
