Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finley minced
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely minced
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Garlic 2 Tablespoon, finley minced
  Garlic 2 Tablespoon, finely minced
  Cooking oil 3 Tablespoon
  Broth/Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Dash
  Shrimp 1 Pound
  Large raw shrimp 1 Pound, shelled and deveined (Or Medium)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium skillet, heat oil and sauté onion, green pepper and garlic.
2. Stir in broth, tomato sauce and soy sauce.
3. Add cayenne, oregano, and monosodium glutamate and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Add shrimp and cook with occasional stirring until sauce thickens.

SERVING
5. Serve over a nest of hot rice or serve with rice.
