|Caraway seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Raw shrimp||1 Pound, shelled, cleaned, washed, and dried|
|Dijon mustard||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Heat the oil in a small frying pan over low heat.
When hot, add the caraway seeds and chili powder and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add the shrimp, mustard, salt, and lemon juice and stir well.
Cover the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Stir the mixture well and serve with Saffron Pilaf and a green salad.
