Lemon Cilantro Shrimps

Ingredients
  Medium shrimps 1 Pound, deveined, cleaned, shelled, with tail intact and deveined
  Chopped cilantro/Coriander 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Shredded lettuce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Optional)
  Finely chopped garlic 2 Tablespoon
  Stir fry sauce 6 Tablespoon
  Soya sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red chili flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Peppercorns 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok/frying pan. Add garlic. Fry till it starts to change colour.
2. Add salt, sugar and red chilli flakes. Stir.
3. Add shrimps and lemon juce. Stir fry for 1 minute.
4. Add lettuce and cilantro/coriander, cook for a minute.
5. Add soya sauce and stir fry sauce. Cook till shrimps turn whitish and are no longer pink, for about 2 minutes.
6. Serve garnished with lemon wedges and crushed peppercorns.
