Classic Shrimp Cocktail With Vegetables

Ingredients
  Shrimp 1 Pound (26-30 / Extra Large 16-20 Shrimp / More Depending On Size Of Serving Glasses)
  Tomatoes 6 , peeled and chopped
  Brown onion/White onion 1 , peeled and finely chopped/diced
  Cucumber 1 , seeded and chopped fine
  Jalapeno peppers 4 , seeded/not seeded and chopped fine
  Celery stalks 2 , finely diced
  Finely chopped cilantro 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Red wine vinegar/Wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Squeeze of lime 4 (Fresh)
  Oregano bulb 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Tomato juice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in a glass mixing bowl. Don’t use plastic or some kind of reactive metal bowl as this will effect the taste of the mix. Let this mixture sit in the fridge for a minimum of two hours before serving. Let stand in refrigerator overnight the flavors to maximally marry. Then serve in a large cocktail glass or wine glass. Put some of the mixture in the glass and then add chopped avocado and then add more of the mixture and then more avocado in layers then put shrimp around the rim of the glasses and serve. Enjoy!
