|Shrimp||1 Pound, shelled|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
1) In a 1 to 1 1/2-quart casserole, place the shrimp.
2) Stir in the lemon juice, water, salt and thyme.
3) Cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes in the microwave or until the shrimp is opaque and firm.
4) Drain the shrimp, then cover and refrigerate until chilled.
5) Serve immediately on individual serving plates.
