|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped|

1) Drain water chestnuts.
2) With a sharp knife cut each into 1/8-inch-thick rounds.
3) Drain shrimps.
4) Place shrimp in a small bowl.
5) In a 1-cup measure blend mayonnaise or salad dressing, parsley, and lemon juice.
6) Pat on each water-chestnut slice and put a shrimp on top.
7) Serve immediately.
