Parsley Butter Shrimps
|Butter/Margarine||4 Tablespoon (1/2 Stick)|
|Frozen deveined, shelled, raw shrimps||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
1 In a large frying pan,melt butter or margerine.
2 Add frozen shrimps. (No need to thaw.)
3 Simmer slowly, stirring often for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the shrimps are tender.
4 Sprinkle lemon juice and parsley over; toss lightly to mix.Serve
