Lemon Broiled Shrimps
|Soy sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fresh lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||1 , minced|
|Fresh raw shrimps/Frounceen raw shrimps||2 Pound|
1) Trim the shrimps by shelling and deveining.
2) In a glass bowl, mix all ingredients except shrimps.
3) Mix the shrimps in soy mixture and allow marinating for at least 2 hours.
4) Broil the marinated shrimps after fastening them on skewers for 10 minutes until shrimps are soft.
5) Serve hot.
