Sweet-Tart Shrimp

Ingredients
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Raw shelled deveined shrimp 1 Pound
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken bouillon 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Green pepper 1 , sliced
  Canned pineapple tidbits 8 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

1. Combine first 5 ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Heat oi! in skillet until very hot.
3. Add shrimp and fry until golden brown.
4. Drain on absorbent paper. Remove to heated platter.
5. Saute onion in 2 tablespoons oil left in skillet.
6. Blend cornstarch with next 3 ingredients.
7. Add to onion; cook, stirring until thickened.
8. Add pineapple and green pepper.
9. Heat and pour over shrimp.
10. Serve with hot, fluffy rice.
