Turnip Casserole with Shrimp

|Turnips||10 Cup (160 tbs), cooked, mashed|
|Green onions||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Bacon||1⁄2 Pound, diced|
|Dried parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Seasoned bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Worcestershire||1 Tablespoon (Lea & Perrins)|
|Louisiana hot sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry white wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Shrimp/Crawfish||2 Cup (32 tbs), cut up|
|Fish fillet||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Eggs||4 , beaten|
Layer turnips, cheese, shrimp (or crawfish), fish, onions, bacon, and bread crumbs.
Make 2 layers.
Beat eggs and blend with rest of ingredients.
Pour this mixture over the layers in the dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
