Turnip Casserole With Shrimp

Ingredients
  Turnips 10 Cup (160 tbs), cooked, mashed
  Green onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Bacon 1⁄2 Pound, diced
  Dried parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Seasoned bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Worcestershire 1 Tablespoon (Lea & Perrins)
  Louisiana hot sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry white wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Shrimp/Crawfish 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut up
  Fish fillet 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Eggs 4 , beaten
Directions

Layer turnips, cheese, shrimp (or crawfish), fish, onions, bacon, and bread crumbs.
Make 2 layers.
Beat eggs and blend with rest of ingredients.
Pour this mixture over the layers in the dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
