|Green pepper||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Tomato juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cheddar cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), grated|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cooked shrimp||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
1. Saute green pepper in fat for 5 minutes.
2. Blend in flour and seasonings.
3. Add tomato juice gradually and cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
4. Add cheese and milk, stirring constantly.
5. Fold in shrimp and heat thoroughly.
6. Serve in toasted bread cases.
