Shrimp In Lime Ring
|Cooked cleaned shrimp||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Clear french dressing/Italian dressing||4 Tablespoon|
|Lime flavored gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Hot water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Shredded unpared cucumber||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), or ground, drained|
|Finely sliced green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Large curd cream style cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Chill shrimp several hours in dressing, turning them occasionally.
Meanwhile dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Chill till partially set.
Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
Stir into gelatin mixture.
Turn into 5-cup ring mold.
Chill till set.
Unmold; fill center with drained shrimp, add ruffle of water cress.
Pass bowl of mayonnaise or salad dressing.
