Hot Shrimp Appetizers
|Bread slice||4 , crusts removed and cut into quarters|
|Butter||50 Milliliter, softened (1/4 Cup)|
|Canned broken shrimp||4 1⁄4 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can, 130 Gram)|
|Mayonnaise/Whipped dressing||75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
|Pickle relish||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Onion||2 Teaspoon, finely minced|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) Butter the bread slices, place on the rack and toast until lightly browned.
2) In a bowl, mix the shrimp, mayonnaise, pickle relish, onion and lemon juice.
3) Spoon a teaspoon of the shrimp mixture over each bread slice.
Toast further until brown and bubbly.
4) Sprinkle with the paprika and serve immediately.
