Hot Shrimp Appetizers

Ingredients
  Bread slice 4 , crusts removed and cut into quarters
  Butter 50 Milliliter, softened (1/4 Cup)
  Canned broken shrimp 4 1⁄4 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can, 130 Gram)
  Mayonnaise/Whipped dressing 75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)
  Pickle relish 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Onion 2 Teaspoon, finely minced
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Butter the bread slices, place on the rack and toast until lightly browned.
2) In a bowl, mix the shrimp, mayonnaise, pickle relish, onion and lemon juice.
3) Spoon a teaspoon of the shrimp mixture over each bread slice.
Toast further until brown and bubbly.

SERVING
4) Sprinkle with the paprika and serve immediately.
