Easy Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Ground black pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Jumbo shrimp 1 1⁄2 Pound, peeled
  Lean bacon slice 15
  Canadian bacon 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in strip
  White onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
Directions

Mix oil, garlic, onion, lemon juice, pepper, and parsley together in pan.
Marinate shrimp in oil mixture for 2 hours.
Preheat grill to medium.
Wrap bacon around each shrimp; secure with a toothpick.
Grill shrimp for 5 minutes, turning and basting with marinade once.
Remove shrimp from grill when opaque.
