Easy Grilled Shrimp
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Tablespoon, minced|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground black pepper||1 Tablespoon|
|Jumbo shrimp||1 1⁄2 Pound, peeled|
|Lean bacon slice||15|
|Canadian bacon||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in strip|
|White onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced|
Mix oil, garlic, onion, lemon juice, pepper, and parsley together in pan.
Marinate shrimp in oil mixture for 2 hours.
Preheat grill to medium.
Wrap bacon around each shrimp; secure with a toothpick.
Grill shrimp for 5 minutes, turning and basting with marinade once.
Remove shrimp from grill when opaque.
