Fish Ball With Shrimp

Ingredients
  White fish fillets 1 Pound, skinned
  Onions 2
  Salt To Taste
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika pepper 2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Cream 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Shelled shrimp 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  White sauce 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Dry white wine 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chopped dill 5 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut the fish fillets into small pieces.
Peel and chop the onions.
Place the fish pieces, salt, pepper, paprika, eggs, onions and cream in the blender.
Blend to a puree.
Bring a pan of salted water to the boil.
Form the fish mixture into balls and drop into the boiling water, lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove with a slotted spoon and place in an ovenproof dish.
Mix the shrimp with the white sauce, wine and dill and pour over the fishballs.
Cover and bake in a moderately hot oven (400° F) for 20 minutes.
Serve with boiled rice.
