Quick Shrimp Mold

Ingredients
  Shelled deveined shrimp 2 Pound
  Oleo 1⁄4 Pound (Soft)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground mace/Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 4 Dash (Generous)
  Crackers/Thin crisp toast 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cook shrimp.
Put through a meat grinder or mince very fine with fork.
Blend shrimp and oleo to a paste.
Add remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate covered.
The next day, firmly press mixture into a mold of about 3-cup capacity.
Refrigerate for several hours.
Unmold.
Great with thin, crisp toast squares or garlic rounds.
Serves 10 to 12.
